1977年生まれ、茨城県出身
エコール辻東京卒業。都内フランス料理店に勤務後、1999年に渡仏・渡伊。各地方のミシュラン星付きレストランで約2年間のヨーロッパ修行。帰国後、2002年株式会社ひらまつ入社。2005年「スターツホテル開発株式会社・ホテルエミオン東京ベイ」副料理長として入社、同年10月洋食総料理長に就任しホテル全体の料理全般と調理スタッフ30名を仕切り任される。

He was born the eldest son of a chef father. After graduating from Ibaraki Prefectural Hitachi Commercial High School in 1996, he studied the basics of cooking at the French Culinary College of Tokyo Tsuji Ecole Culinaire.
